Decorate 2 Tier Fuzzy Clips

More Lolita accessories for my table at Holiday Matsuri. I made fuzzy 2 Tier Fuzzy Star hair clips with an alligator clip for your hair or your clothes. The ribbon is blue grosgrain ribbon decorated with a large white rhinestone. I later added smaller rhinestones to decorate the bows.

These are $7 and are available in Lilac, Mint, Pink, and Light Blue
